Welcome To AAL
AAL is a registered professional applied linguistics and languague travel abroad organization in The Gambia which promotes principled approaches to language-related concerns, including language education, acquisition, bilingualism, discourse analysis, literacy, rhetoric and stylistics, language for special purposes, psycholinguistics, second and foreign language pedagogy, language assessment, and language policy and planning as well as provides a forum for people interested in language and the application of linguistics.
Individual membership is open to anyone qualified or active in applied linguistics. Associate membership is available to publishing houses and to other appropriate bodies on application to membership administration.
